Great service. This is so much bigger inside than I thought. The staff help me so much and the prices were great. The small engine shop went out-there- way to help replace the safety tire on my RV; even though they do not normally specialize in that. Will return again.
This is a wonderful store/place! Their personnel know the store from one end to another so you always find what you're asking about unless they just don't carry it! AND -- you always feel welcomed when you come in . . . not anonymous like the big box places! It's a really good place to shop . . . OH, and the advice is top quality!
Not sure what the previous reviewer's experience was exactly, but after going to Horton's for my entire life now, I can say with certainty that they are VERY customer friendly. Also, you can't get Carhartt anything cheaper anywhere unless it's a 2nd or 3rd off the line, this particular Ace literally sells brand new Carhartt everything for UNDER msrp, every day, no matter what.
I only go for the must have now stuff otherwise I shop Home Depot or Lowes for better price and larger selection.
